5 week Baby Yoga Course with gentle yoga inspired stretches for parent & baby with songs and gentle music. Breathing techniques for relaxation and meditation. Suitable from 4 months to 1 year old.
This class is suited to older babies.
Cuppa after class and homemade brownies on week 5.
